Synthetic Methodology for Cyclodextrin-dipyrromenthane Conjugates

Abstract

A new method for synthesis for cyclodextrin–dipyromethane conjugates consisting of a reaction between cyclodextrin monoaldehyde and pyrrole is presented here. Resulting dipyromethane is characterized by spectroscopic and computational methods.
