Abstract
This essay is a translation of salient content on the role of rhythm in the oral education of children who are deaf. The essay concentrates on the presentation of lesson plans and provides examples. More particularly, it is the work of Brother Walter in Belgium where the religious order, the Brothers of Charity, undertook the difficult task of educating deaf children as a work of charity. The monograph extracted here was published in 1955.
