Abstract

A paradigmatic shift in the configuration of postsecondary institutions has impacted the nature of instruction and the composition of the professorate. Several factors may be attributed to this reconfiguration. The purpose of this research is to address this shift by viewing tenured/on track faculty and contract faculty in the Midwest to determine the frequency with which various evaluation measures and instructional techniques are employed by these faculty groups.
