N1 - We obtained high-resolution (lambda divided by delta times lambda equals approximately 25,000) pre-perihelion spectra of Comet C/2013 V5 (Oukaimeden) using NIRSPEC at Keck II on UT 2014 September 5-6, and CSHELL (Cryogenic Echelle Spectrograph) at the NASA-Infrared Telescope Facility on September 11-13, altogether spanning a range in heliocentric distance R (sub h) equals 0.
