Timothy Dombrowski is an Assistant Professor of Finance at the University of Missouri-St. Louis. He holds a Ph.D. from Louisiana State University with a major in Finance, minor in Economics, and graduate certificate in Econometrics. He also received a B.A. in Accounting and Mathematics from Saint Leo University. His research focuses on a variety of topics across real estate finance, including risk management in mortgage markets, flood insurance markets, and innovations in financial technology. He has articles published in the Journal of Real Estate Finance and Economics, Advances in EconometricsJournal of Housing Research, and others. Dombrowski also takes an active role on campus as the faculty advisor of the Finance Club, which hosts an annual Finance Career Conference as well as other events.
