Robert Cote is an Assistant Teaching Professor and Program Director for the Undergraduate Bachelor of Arts Organizational Leadership Program in the School of Arts and Sciences. He has been teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in leadership, organizational behavior, leadership ethics, and business management capstone for over 10 years. Prior to teaching, he worked in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and life sciences industry for over 25 years in various management and leadership roles to help organizations adapt in times of change and uncertainty.
