Norma Hall-Thoms

Norma Hall-Thoms serves as dean of UMSL's College of Nursing. Previously, she was the dean at the University of Indianapolis School of Nursing, where she developed a primary and inventory care minor and secured a $3 million grant for the program. Dr. Hall-Thoms values community-focused nursing and aims to build connections between academic and clinical leaders in Missouri. Her approach prioritizes student success and faculty support, enhancing UMSL's nursing education and community involvement.
