About

MaryAnn Bozzette has expertise in high-risk infants and children and their families. Her research interests include social and perceptual development of premature infants, attachment relationships, breastfeeding, and parenting behavior. Her research to date has focused on responses of premature infants to mother’s voice and development of early communication skills. She currently has a funded project to examine transitioning premature infants to direct exclusive breastfeeding in the NICU.
