Lori Flanagan

Lori Flanagan was named the Director of Athletics at the University of Missouri-St. Louis in March of 2009 after serving as the Interim Director since August of 2008. She came to UMSL in August of 2006 as the Associate Director of Athletics, where she oversaw the day-to-day operations of the Department of Athletics and served as the chief financial officer. Lori also provided direct supervision in the areas of compliance, eligibility and fiscal affairs. Prior to her appointment at UMSL, Lori spent 14 years at Saint Louis University, joining the department in 1992 as Assistant Director of Athletics and Senior Woman Administrator. She was promoted to Senior Associate Director of Athletics for Administration in 1999. Lori earned her bachelor’s degree in physical education at UW-LaCrosse and her master’s degree in athletic administration from Mankato State.
