Minks is a 2019 graduate of UMSL’s PhD program. His dissertation focused on the area of Type 2 diabetes, though he has broad knowledge and experience across content areas. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington and graduated from Southeast Missouri State University as a family nurse practitioner.
