About
Dr. John P. Meriac is an associate professor of global leadership in the College of Business Administration. He received his Ph.D. in industrial and organizational psychology from the University of Tennessee. His research focuses on the measurement of individual differences, personnel selection, and performance management.
Dr. Meriac has published over thirty journal articles and book chapters, including in top outlets such as the Journal of Management, the Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology, and the Journal of Vocational Behavior. In addition, he has given over sixty presentations at national and international meetings. Dr. Meriac teaches courses in advanced quantitative methods, leadership, and other organizational behavior topics at the graduate and undergraduate level. He is an associate editor of the journal, Human Performance, and serves on the editorial boards of the Journal of Business and Psychology, the Journal of Organizational Behavior, and Personnel Assessment and Decisions.
