About

Ekin Pellegrini is an associate professor of global leadership and management, the director of Executive Education, and the co-director of the Doctor of Business Administration (D.B.A.) Program at the College of Business Administration. Her research interests include mentoring and leadership, specifically in an international context. 

Ekin Pellegrini’s research has been published in the Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of Management, Journal of Vocational Behavior, and Group and Organization Management, among other journals. Her Ph.D. in organizational behavior management is from the University of Miami in Florida. She was previously a human resources manager at AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals, Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, and Accenture. 

Dr. Pellegrini teaches Leadership, International Management, and Organizational Behavior at the P.M.B.A., M.B.A., and undergraduate levels, as well as I/O Psychology at the doctoral level. Dr. Pellegrini is the recipient of the Anheuser-Busch Excellence in Teaching Award in 2014 and the National Society of Leadership and Success Excellence in Teaching Award in 2015.
